Terms of use

1. Publisher

2. The service

FileFit reduces photos, PDFs and videos on iPhone to a requested maximum size. Results depend on the source; no compression ratio or below-limit result is guaranteed. Reduction can affect dimensions and quality. Check results before use. The service is not a backup.

3. Free access and Pro

The first completed export of a reduced file in the individual workflow is free. Cancelled exports, unchanged originals and repeat exports of the same result do not use an additional credit. Batches require Pro. Pro unlocks unlimited exports and batches, subject to formats and technical limits shown in the app. It is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Apple displays the applicable price before confirmation.

4. Payment and restoration

Apple handles transactions under its terms. Restore purchases using the relevant Apple account. Buying and restoring require a connection. Access depends on transaction validity reported by Apple, including refunds or revocations. Request refunds through Apple. These terms do not restrict applicable statutory rights.

5. Your files

You must be entitled to use and share selected files. FileFit preserves originals and does not provide remote storage. Save results you want to keep: working copies are temporary. Sharing does not guarantee delivery. Do not infringe third-party rights or interfere with the app’s operation.

6. Operation and liability

Some files are unsupported or cannot be reduced further. Keep the app open during processing. Errors, interruptions and incompatibilities may occur. Technical limits do not guarantee success for every file. The publisher’s liability is assessed under applicable law; no mandatory liability or statutory warranty is excluded.

7. Data and complaints

Data handling is described in the privacy policy. Contact the publisher through support about FileFit complaints; use Apple’s remedies for billing matters as appropriate. French law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections. Jurisdiction is determined under applicable rules.

8. Changes

The date identifies this version. Material changes will be communicated appropriately. Apple’s standard licence remains applicable where it governs distribution: read the licence.
